At Shirleys Catering Service, we offer an extensive range of delicious menus that are suitable for most types of private and corporate events. We can also provide you with a fully bespoke menu to match your budget and dietary requirements. We can also organise your event and provide a full service at an extra cost. Guidelines and prices

The following quantities are purely guidelines, but can be a useful tool when planning your event.

Pre-Lunch or Pre-Dinner - 6 Canapes per person
Cocktail drinks gathering lasting 1-2 hours  - 6-8 Canapes per person
Canape evening party (only) - 10 Canapes per person

6 Canapes - £6.00 per head plus vat
8 Canapes - £7.50 per head plus vat 
10 Canapes - £8.50 per Head plus Vat

Menu 1

  • Roast beef and horseradish cream
  • Turkey breast and stuffing balls with cranberry
  • Salmon fillets poached in white wine 
  • Yorkshire ham with fresh pineapple and cumberland sauce                                        
  • Vegetarian stilton and red onion quiche

  • Italian antipasta platter
  • Roast beef with mustard and horseradish

All options come with a selection of speciality breads and salads. We have a minimum order of 25 people per booking. Discount available for large functions. Staff to set up, serve and clear away is available at an extra cost, enquire for full details
